That the Manager provide a detailed report on the delay in the allocation of the remaining Housing units to be managed by St John of Gods and also the units to be Managed by SDCC on the same site”.

REPORT:

The tenanting of the St John of Gods and unsoldaffordable dwellings in the Cookstown development has been delayed due to legal complexities regarding title and registration, it is hoped that these issues will be resolved shortly.  South Dublin County Council and St John of Gods have compiled a list for prospective tenants for the St John of Gods dwellings.  The allocation of the unsoldafforable units is yet to be determined.
