MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager present a report to this Committee following on from my motion at the June Rathfarnham Area Committee Meeting regarding declaring the 'Dickie Rock' site at Scholarstown Road a Derelict Site and to outline what action has been taken re same."

REPORT:

The site at Scholarstown Road , subject of  Motion l6   to the June 20l2 meeting of this committee,  will be inspected under the Derelict Sites Act to ascertain if this site is to be deemed derelict.  Following an inspection, if required, a letter will be issued to the responsible person(s) requesting works to be carried out (if any) to render it non derelict.  

A further report will issue to the Councillor following inspection.
