"To ask the Manager to report on the Taylor's Lane Housing Project?"

REPLY:

The construction of 9 units and all the associated ancillary works at Taylor's Lane commenced on site in July 2011 and was completed and all 9 homes were allocated under the Scheme of Letting Priorites in May 2012.   The developement comprised of the following house types

• 6 X 3 Bedroom 2 storey
• 2 X 4 Bedroom 2.5 Storey
• 1 X 3 Bedroom 1.5 Storey
