"That the Manager give an update on the future of the unfinished Apartment development that is adjacent to the rear of the shops in Springfield."
REPORT:
Permission was granted to J. Crowe (Reg. Ref: SD08A/0092) for the following relating to the apartment development adjacent to the rear of the shops in Springfield:
"Alterations to the layout of third floor penthouse apartment in Blocks A & B within the footprint of the previously granted application Reg. Ref. SD07A/0357 to facilitate the change from 2 no. 3 bedroom apartments (113.9sq.m.) and 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment (130sq.m.) per block to 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments (2 no. 86.83sq.m. and 2 no. of 87.75 sq.m.) per block. The total area of balconies at third floor penthouse apartment level has been increased from 146.6 sq.m. to 148.0 sq.m. by 1.7 sq.m. to facilitate the apartment layouts providing for an additional 2 no. apartments, giving a total of 45 apartments to the development together with internal modifications and associated changes to north elevation at penthouse level at lands to rear with frontage onto Cookstown Road."
This permission was granted on 13th May 2008 and will expire in May 2013.
