MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager arrange to severely cut back, clean up and prune, utilsing the cleansing service as appropriate, the footpath from Templeroan Roundabout to Ballyboden St Enda's on Ballyboden Way as it is very overgrown and dangerous for pedestrians and unsafe."

REPORT:

It is intended to address the issue of the shrubbery that has overgrown the adjacent footpath as an item to be included for consideration in the 2013 Arboricultural Works Programme.  In the meantime, any items that may present a danger to passing pedestrians and any litter material will be attended to.
