HEADED ITEM NO. 3

Permeability Project on Road Reservation at Park Ave / Hermitage.

At the Rathfarnham ACM in the 12th of June; Motion No. 7 (Item 32087)  (in relation to the proposed Permeability Project in the Grange Road / Park Avenue area to Grange Manor Road / Grange Downs area), a briefing meeting was requested to provide further information to the Rathfarnham Area Committee members.   This is to record that briefing meetings took place with Members of the Rathfarnham Area Committee, giving background to the proposed project, a brief outline of the proposals and the non-statutory consultation phase, and outlining a programme for the project. The briefing meetings took place on the following dates:

20^th June 2012

21^st June 2012 and

3^rd July 2012.  

Once the preliminary non-statutory consultation was completed a report on the project was prepared and circulated to the Rathfarnham Area Committee members. The Part 8 details and particulars were prepared for the project. A briefing meeting took place on the 3rd of September 2012 to provide information on the Part 8 proposals to the Rathfarnham Area Committee members. The Part 8 proposals are currently on public display.
