As at 1/9/2012, a total of 153 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting, 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area. A further 27 cases are currently in process of which 1 is in the Rathfarnham electoral area.
