Funding approval has been received from DOECLG and tender documents are being prepared.

SOCIAL HOUSING LEASING INITIATIVE

As at 1/9/12, a total of 153 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting by persons on the social housing waiting list. 81 of these properties are in the Tallaght electoral area. A further 27 cases are currently in process of which 20 are in the Tallaght electoral area.
