Cé mhéad pionós a cuireadh ar pháírtíthe polaitiúla nó eagrais pholaitiúla  de bharr sharú an spriocdháta maidir le tarraingt anuas na bpostaer toghchánaíochta.

An bhféadfadh leis an gComhairle iad siúd a bhí ciontach a ainmniú?

How many fines were imposed on political parties or political organisations having regard to the deadline regarding the pulling down of election posters?

Would the Council name the offenders?

To date no fines have been imposed on political parties or political organisations having regard to the deadline for removal of election posters.http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/1997/en/act/pub/0012/sec0019.html#sec19

The Council is not permitted to name those fined under Data Protection legislation.
