Social Housing Leasing Initiative

As at 1/6/12, a total of 145 privately owned properties have been procured under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting.  33 of these properties are in the Lucan electoral area. A further  29 cases are currently in process county  wide of which 5 are in the Lucan electoral area.
