MOTION: Councillor M. Corr

That the Manager inspects without delay number 5 and 7 Sundale Park and number 2 Sundale Close with a view to declaring these properties derelict sites.

REPORT:

Following previous reports regarding 5 & 7 Sundale Park, both addresses  have been deemed to be derelict and Section 11 Notices have been issued.    No response was received and the files have been referred to our Law Department for commencement of proceedings againsts those responsible for the property.

With regard to 2 Sundale Close, we have now requested an inspection to ascertain if the property would be deemed derelict.
