That the Manager outlines the current position with respect to the delivery of a public park at Carrigmore estate, Citywest.

REPORT:

A meeting was recently held with the principal developer involved in progressing the Carrigmore Park development.  The subject of the meeting was to clarify items of the plan and that would conform with the planning permission received for same.  The developer has submitted further information as requested by the Council on specific items and a further meeting has been arranged to clarify and agree these and to allow for a Compliance Submission to be submitted to the Council and to allow for the project to advance to the construction phase in the summer of 2012.
