In advance of the meeting Jim Lawlor (Community Forum) raised two items which were noted.
· Recent tribunal findings in relation to members of South Dublin County Council Joint Policing Committee
· Chief Superintendent and Superintendent vacancies in the DMRS area which covers Tallaght, Rathfarnham and Terenure stations following recent retirements
The report of the February meeting was adopted.

Report on Joint SPC meeting on HVG movement in the County
Update on initiative by South Dublin Chamber on the illicit sale of cigarettes in the County
Feedback from Tallaght Dublin Bus/Luas Forum on antisocial behaviour
Update on reporting and recording of racially motivated incidents by South Dublin County Community Platform
Garda reports were presented from Chief Superintendent Declan Coburn (DMRW) and by Inspector Ray Blake on behalf of the Dublin Metropolitan Region South (DMRS)
Reports were presented from the following Local Policing fora:
Reports were presented on behalf of the work working groups of the JPC:
