FILLING OF VACANCY ON SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY ENTERPRISE BOARD FOLLOWING RESIGNATION OF COUNCILLOR P. KEARNS FROM THE BOARD

REPLY:

The following report was presented to the Members at the Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee Meeting held on 24th May 2012:

"Councillor P. Kearns has tendered her resignation from the South Dublin County Enterprise Board and it is a matter for the Council to appoint a representative to fill the vacancy.

This matter is now before the Members for their consideration."  End of Report to OP&F.

It was proposed by Councillor E. Tuffy, seconded by Councillor P. Cosgrave and RECOMMENDED: 

“That Councillor M. Duff be APPOINTED to fill the vacancy on the South Dublin County Enterprise Board arising from Councillor P. Kearns’s resignation.”

This matter is now before the Council for approval.
