FILLING OF VACANCY ON DUBLIN 12 DRUGS TASK FORCE FOLLOWING RESIGNATION OF COUNCILLOR P. KEARNS FROM THE TASK FORCE

REPLY:

The following report was presented to the Members at the Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee Meeting held on 24th May 2012:

"Councillor P. Kearns has tendered her resignation from the Dublin 12 Drugs Task Force and it is a matter for the Council to appoint a representative to fill the vacancy.

This matter is now before the Members for their consideration."  End of Report to OP&F.

It was proposed by  Councillor M. Duff, seconded by Councillor T. Ridge and RECOMMENDED: 

“That Councillor D. Looney be appointed to fill the vacancy on the Dublin 12 Drugs Task Force arising from Councillor P. Kearns’s resignation.”

This matter is now before the Council for approval.
