QUESTION: Councillor M. Devine

"To ask that the rubbish at *address supplied* be removed and an "Ilegal Dumping sign be erected?"

REPLY:

The area in question will be inspected by the local Litter warden who will take enforcement action if possible and then refer the area to the Cleansing/Operations crew as appropriate for clean up.

It is not the Environmetal Services Department's practice to erect anti-dumping signs nor there is any specific budgetary provision for such signs.
