MOTION: Councillor E. Higgins

"That the Manager gives a detailed report on grass cutting along the N4 at Palmerston and confirm what funding will be made available for cutting this strip given that the responsibility for its maintenance has been passed over to the Council."

REPORT:

The grass cutting of the median on the N4 at Palmerston will commence on Saturday 19th May (weather permitting).  The funding will be sourced from Dept. of Transport grants and SDCC own resources.
