That this Committee requests the Manger to present a report on the viability of the project which is being proposed by Collinstown FC at the moment in relation to creating a secure football pitch with sports hall and changing facilities at the area known as Rowlagh field, which is adjacent to Rowlagh Crescent/Avenue. 

REPORT:

A proposal was received from Collinstown FC to develop a sports facility which includes a sports hall, 3 dressing rooms, a meeting room, a small canteen and a referee room.  In addition to this the proposal included the development of a car park, a training pitch, a full size pitch and a sprinting area.  The proposal is currently being evaluated and a decision on the outcome will be communicated to the members when completed.
