MOTION NO. 11

MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to repair and rebuild the boundary wall at the rear of *details supplied  in the vicinity of the front garden of *details supplied as youth are using this wall as a quick getaway whilst engaging in anti-social behaviour in the area.

REPORT:

There are tenancy issues involved with regard to the dwelling which is the subject of this motion.

It will be necessary for the Council to address these issues before any decision is taken about the rebuilding of the boundary wall.

Contact will be made with the tenants as soon as possible and they will be allowed fair procedure in dealing with the matters which have to be investigated.

It is hoped that the foregoing problems can be dealt  with speedily and that the boundary treatment can be completed also.
