QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy
To ask the Manager for an updated report on the Council's plans to install traffic signals at the large roundabout junction of St. Loman's Road/Fonthill Road, if it is intended that the system of traffic signals will provide for pedestrian crossing at the location, if the signals will enable pedestrian control and finally, an update on the Council's application to the NTA for funding for this project?
REPLY:
The NTA have approved South Dublin County Council funding for the study of improvement works for vulnerable road users on Griffeen Way to Fonthill Road including the roundabout at St Loman’s Road.
