QUESTION: Councillor T. Delaney

To ask the Manager that the grass bank damaged during the cycle path construction is repaired and re-seeded as it is in a very unsightly condition?

REPLY:

There are some ducting works still required as part of the cycle path project and this will be carried out shortly within the park as the ground conditions are now quite dry. The bank in question will also be repaired and re-seeded before completion. The Parks Department have undertaken to carry out the reinstatement within the next 3-4 weeks.
