That the Parking Scheme as it applies to Palmerston be reviewed in consultation with the residents and traders.

REPORT:

The Control of Parking Bye Laws describe the operational hours and operational days for each road subject to Pay and Display parking.  Any alteration of the operational hours and operational days invoke a change to the Bye Laws which is a reserved function of the Council members.

The current bye laws were introduced in 2010 following an extensive consultation period.

It is our intention to review the Control of Parking Bye Laws across the County in 2013 following 3 years of their operation. This will involve the consultation suggested.
