MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That this Committee receives an up to date response from the relevant body (NRA / Kildare County Council) with regard to the N81 upgrade including when the decision is being made in relation to Mount Seskin.  I would be grateful if the Roads Department would obtain this information in time for the next Local Area Committee Meeting, rather than waiting till the Meeting to then contact the relevant bodies.

REPORT:

This matter has been referred to the Kildare National Road Design Office for a comprehensive reply.  It will be provided in due course.
