That the Manager reports on what action they can/intend to take to assist the residents in the Ballynakelly development in Newcastle regarding getting lighting, road surface and other infrastructural works complete.

REPORT:

SDCC will contact the developer with a view to having the various defects mentioned rectified. We will report back once contact and commitment are established.
