"That the Manager ask the Housing Maintenance Department to inspect again and come up with an insulation works programme for Address Supplied. The house is an end house and there is huge heating costs because the house is built of mass concrete."

REPORT:

This house has previously been inspected for insulation. It is a 1950's built house and is fitted with double glazed windows. There is currently no provision in the Housing Maintenance budget to accommodate insulation works in the house
