"That the Manager have the Roads Department inspect the footpaths at  Address Supplied. The footpaths and driveways are badly broken and need to be repaired."

REPORT:

Roads Department will liaise with the Parks Department in relation to the removal of some mature trees whose roots are causing damage to the surrounding paths. The Area Engineer will include this area in his work programme for repairs to paths and driveways on removal of the trees in question.
