Where works are not immediately imminent responses are issued through the system and "commitments" are recorded by the "owner" at the backend of the system. For example public lighting repairs are completed within a two week period, or a tree pruning commitment may be of longer duration due to the seasonal nature of the works.
With specific reference to the January 2012 reports categorised above, a total number of 254 reports have been closed with response and committment recorded while 209 of these have been fully completed i.e. response issued and commitment fulfilled.
