Go n-iarrann an Chomhairle Contae seo ar údarás um Chaighdeáin Náisiúnta na héireann go ndéanfaidh an túdarás sin a chinntiú go bhfuil gach solathraí diúscairt dramhaíola sa Chontae ag comhlíonadh a ndualgais maidir le meácháin agus tomhais a dtrucail diúscairt dramhaíola nuair a mbíonn méid agus luach dramhaíola Á ríomh acu.

That this County Council asks the National Standards Authority of Ireland that that Authority ensures that every waste disposal provider in the County fulfils their obligations with regard to the weights and measures of their waste  disposal trucks when calculating the weight and value of the waste.
