MOTION NO. 2

MOTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

That the Manager would present for discussion an updated report on the measures being taken by the Council to have outstanding works carried out, by the developers or through other actions, to bring the roads and services in Rossberry Estate to a level of completion which will permit the long overdue taking-in-charge of the estate by the Council.

REPORT:

Parts of Rossberry are subject to Planning Enforcement action at present and this action impacts on Roads Taking-in-Charge elements.  Accordingly, we cannot complete the Taking-in-Charge until the Enforcement matter is rectified.
