MOTION NO. 15
MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan
That this Committee outlines, in general, the waste fines for residents leaving bins out to be collected. Can the lid of a bin be open at all? Is there other information residents should know when leaving their bin out? What time must the bins be left out at? What if a bin blows away that is not a residents fault?
