QUESTION: Councillor C. King

"To ask the Manager to state the number of declarations of interests in properties advertised on the Choice based lettings scheme (CBL) in the Tallaght area since it's inception on both the two and three bed lists and compare these figures to those applicants who were eligible to declare an interest in those same properties advertised under the scheme?"

REPLY:

South Dublin County Council has advertised 40 dwellings in the housing area - South of the Naas Road under the Choice Based Lettings Scheme.  17 were 2 bedroom and 23 were 3 bedroom.   Breakdown of expressions of interest is as follows:-

Please note some applicants have expressed interest in more than one dwelling.  Not all eligible applicants have made expression of interest.
