Work commenced July 2011.  Anticipated duration of Contract is 50 working weeks.

Pearse Brothers Park / Palmer Park                                    22 existing units

Tender documents being assessed for engergy upgrade and refurbishment of apartments.  It is intended that works will commence on site in 1st Quarter 2012.
