QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager when the traffic lights at Scholarstown Road and Edmondstown Road will be switched on and to ask the Manager to monitor traffic build-up from the junction of Scholarstown Road to the roundabout at Taylor's Lane during peak hours?"

REPLY:

The signals at Edmondstown Road/ Scholarstown Road are awaiting connection to the ESB network and will be switched on by 14th December, 2011.  The operation of the signals will be monitored.
