MOTION NO. 10

MOTION: Councillor T. Ridge

That this Committee agree to have a site meeting at the rear laneway at Lindisfarne Avenue opposite the entrance to the school to assess the need for closure.

REPORT:

The Estate Officer for the area has carried out an inspection of the laneways at Lindisfarne Avenue and reported that they are already closed off with gates.

If local residents wish to have another laneway closed off they should contact the Estate Management Section, Housing Department so that a preliminary site inspection can be conducted and the matter examined in advance of the suggested on-site meeting.
