QUESTION: Councillor C. King

"To ask the Manager to arrange for the delivery of sandbags to those houses that were recently damaged as a result of the floods of October 24th as agreed at a meeting in Killinarden Community Centre on November 2nd. The areas to be included : Knockmore Park and Avenue, Killinarden Estate (part of), Cloonmore Avenue, Bawnlea Crescent and Gibbons' Cottages?".

REPLY:

Sandbags are currently being delivered to the houses in these estates.  Each house will receive approximately 12 bags each.  It will take approximately 2 weeks to complete this work
