"To ask the Manager to confirm how it is proposed to manage/regulate the proposed salt bin at Ellensborough Estate and will he now consult with the local residents association in this regard?"

REPLY:

A representative of the Residents Association has been contacted with a view to reaching  agreement on keyholders and the location of the bin.
