That the Manager provides inspection of drains at *address supplied and examines the necessity of providing sandbags should they be required in the event of future flooding.

REPORT:

The sewers in this area have been examined and found to be flowing freely. This is not a problem with the sewers. There is a low spot in the road at this location and water tends to pond there. The Roads Department has been asked to look into putting an additional gully at this location. Sandbags can be delivered to this address if necessary.
