MOTION NO. 8

MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"That the laneway at the side of house 1 Fonthill Abbey be maintained by the Parks Department there is over grown grass/weeds and some rubbish."

REPORT:

The laneway in question provides a rear access to a number of dwellings at Willbrook Park.  The Council's Environment Section has confirmed that a watermain runs through the centre of the laneway and a telemetery outstation is also positioned at this location.  Arrangements will be made to have the laneway inspected and cleaned as soon as possible.
