Units (7 x 3 bedroom, 2 x 4 bedroom, 2.5 storey houses)

Work commenced July 2011.  Anticipated duration of Contract is 50 working weeks.

Pearse Brothers Park / Palmer Park                        22 existing units

Tender documents being prepared for thermal improvement and upgrade works.  It is intended to advertise tenders in 4th Quarter 2011 with a view to work commencing on site in 1st Quarter 2012.
