MOTION NO. 8

MOTION: Councillor M. Duff

That this Council calls on the Minister of State for Health, with special responsibility for Drugs, Roisin Shortall TD, to immediately intervene with the HSE, to overturn the recently announced decision to reduce funding by 5% in the last quarter Mainstream Funding for Community Drug Projects in the County.

REPORT:  If the motion is passed the terms of the motion will be conveyed to the Minister of State With Responsibility for Primary Care, and a copy of her reply, when received, will be circulated to the members.
