MOTION NO. 4

MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That this Committee requests the Manager to write to Tesco in relation to security access issues to Moyle Crescent. This is an ongoing issue for some time with a private house in Moyle Crescent.   The resident has made contact with Tesco to try and resolve the problem however, there have been no replies from Tesco.

REPORT:

If the motion is passed the matter will be referred to Tesco for their attention and when a reply is received the Committee will be notified accordingly.
