MOTION: Councillor J. Hannon

That a report be provided listing the estates within the remit of this Committee which will benefit from the FREE WEE collection dates and that the Manager will ensure that there will be equitable treatment of all areas, and that those who did not receive the service in 2010 will do so in 2011.

REPORT:

The CCRI schedule of pre-Halloween collections is currently being finalised and will have regard for areas that it is felt would particularly benefit from collections as well as ensuring a geographical spread across the County and providing collections to areas that have not previously had this service.

The draft schedule is below and will be finalised and notified to the Members and local residents as soon as possible.
