MOTION: Councillor C. Jones

MAYOR'S BUSINESS (1)

That this Council congratulates the Irish Ten Pin Bowling Association for successfully hosting the recent 2011 Junior Triple Crown in South Dublin County and commends the Irish teams for the awards they received. Furthermore that this council acknowledges their success as a sporting achievement.

REPORT:

If the motion is passed a letter of congratulations will issue to the Irish Ten Pin Bowling Association. The Council will also acknowledge the sporting achievements of the various Irish Teams during the recent tournament held between 25th and 28th August 2011.
