This development will take place entirely within the boundaries of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone as defined by SI No. 272 of 2001 (3) on lands bounded generally by Adamstown Avenue to the north, the temporary teacher's car park to the east, the development permitted under SDZ08A/0001 to the south and the future development lands to the west.
