To ask the Manager for an updated report on the proposed Part 8 Public Consultation Process for a new Park's Depot in Lucan?
REPLY:
Following the report that was presented to the Members at the May Council Meeting, the Part 8 was advertised in accordance with the Planning & Development Act 2000 and the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 – 2007. Plans & Particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection from May 16th to June 27th at the Council Offices in Tallaght, Clondalkin Civic Centre and at Lucan Library. Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development can be made to the Senior Executive Officer, Park's Department by 4pm on Mon June 27th June 2011.
