QUESTION: Councillor C. Jones

To ask the Manager if it will be possible to have an on-line booking system for next year’s Ruaille Buaille Festival to aid schools and residents who may not be able to phone during Library hours?

REPLY:

The Library Services currently uses an on-line booking system for many events particularly those accommodating more than one hundred participants. We will investigate using this method for next year’s Ruaille Buaille Festival in the interests of stream lining access to the events for young citizens, parents and teachers. With the introduction of an online system bookings all bookings for the festival will be channelled through www.southdublinlibraries.ie.
