QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

To ask the Manager, further to my Emergency Motion passed at the May meeting, to update on efforts to resolve the long-outstanding taking-in-charge of Griffeen Glen Boulevard and Courtyard?

REPLY:

A claim of was placed on the bond for this development earlier this year.

Following discussions with the bondholder, Newlyn Developments returned to the site on the 26th of May and a target date for the 17th of June 2011 was agreed for the completion of the works. The claim remains in place pending the completion of the works and an inspection is scheduled for week-ending June 24th to determine if all works are completed.
