Taking in Charge Report
The report lists the details of each development but the summary information is as follows;
- Works are nearing completion in Parsons Court, Brownsbarn Woods following claims on bonds
- Bonds are in the process of being claimed in Newcastle Manor and Castlelyon.
- Enforcement action was taken at The Glebe and Ballynakelly;
- in respect of The Glebe the developer has not cooperated in completion works and the matter will proceed to issue of Enforcement Notice.
- In respect of Ballynakelly the developer has undertaken to commence works to the crossings during June 2011
- Construction work is ongoing in Phase 2 of Broadfield in Rathcoole and in the Peyton development, so taking in charge is premature here.
- Inspections are pending at a number of other developments but cannot take place until the developer provides the as constructed drawings indicating the location of services and until CCTV footage of drainage is provided in order that a cross-section of drains and sewers can be inspected.
