That the Manager takes as a matter of priority whatever action necessary to resolve the sewage discharge on to the busy public footpath on Orchard Road.

REPORT:

The occupier of the premise from whcih the sewage discharge emanates has been summoned to appear in the District Court on Tuesday, 28^th June 2011,under the Public Health Act.
