QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager to expedite the transfer with Bank of Ireland to SDCC of Hermitage View without delay and present a report on the matter?"

REPLY:

Since our last contact with the bank it would appear that there has been a change of staff and the case has been passed to a different solicitor. The new solicitor sought some additional information and this was supplied by correspondence earlier this month. Again it was impressed upon him the length of time this case has been on going and he was requested to expedite matters.

The members will be updated once we have received a reply from the bank.
